Where I’m from we don’t have GMO corn, but of course, you can replace cornstarch with any other starch you want, like potato or even tapioca. Glad you like the recipe! 😀

Thank you for including the cup measurements/conversions, I’ll look up the celsius conversion, but would be nice to have it handy. I’m going to substitute the corn starch, because corn is genetically modified and I’m trying hard to avoid consuming gmos. This recipe looks relatively simple and straightforward, which I really appreciate. Thanks!
