Can t tell you how many scams I ve encountered in indeed and LinkedIn jobs in the past 6 months I ve mostly given up am focusing on getting my promoted where I am now than searching fir something else because reopening myself up to the world of scams again feels like too much effort and an absolute waste of my time and energy Indeed is weird because I have excellent turnout with proactive sourcing on their resume database biotech and tech jobs good candidate quality good response rate automated follow ups but terrible turnout when fielding applicants from jobs posted Indeed unmanageably high volume of candidates almost none of whom are remotely qualified

This is a shot in the dark but my company uses ADP for our ATS and it automatically posts our jobs to Indeed For some reason we have not been receiving hardly any applicants from Indeed and the post has been extremely difficult to find unless you specifically search for our company name Searching the title doesn t even work Update from 2022 if anyone is still having this problem So I went to my actual emails and I got an email saying the recruiter sent me a message on indeed I replied to the actual email make sure it has the recruiter s Indeed email as the sent by and the message finally showed up on Indeed chat Reply reply HLizz0
