State And Explain Ampere S Circuital Law Rightmove and Zoopla will probably cover 99 of normal houses in the UK but as others have said if you want to get an early viewing make sure to register your interest with local estate agents and let them know what you re looking for e g Type size budget location and you ll often be able to view the houses before they get advertised
I mainly use Rightmove for searching for properties because I prefer their web layout and you can set up alerts But when researching Zoopla is good for comparing house prices of sold houses on the same street Other websites are really good for researching too Is there a way to see price change data on Rightmove without installing any browser add ons Or is this data proprietary and they only sell it It seems knowing when and by how much a listing price has changed would useful to those looking to buy Also has anyone used the Property Log add on Any problems using it

View property listing price changes using chrome extensions which Rightmove hides in order to make an informed decision There are chrome extension which let you view if the price a property originally was listed at has changed and how many times it has changed with date stamped against each price Yep the matching is a little difficult since Rightmove doesn t publish the exact address but it could be possible with a pseudo match using some algorithm Regardless it s not too difficult to cross compare with sales by eye Just the historical listings along give a good idea of how well priced the property is not to mention the rentals data
Not rightmove specifically But when I was a student I shared an average size Terraced house with 3 other people Then my landlord seriously tried to rent out a storage cupboard as another room Was like Harry Potter living under the stairs Nobody ever came to view it unsurprisingly I did go to view a place labelled online Luxury Apartment I felt like Rightmove had 99 of the properties that Zoopla had and Zoopla had 90 95 of what Rightmove had Zoopla had better features for looking at when the property had previously been listed as opposed to sold

Rightmove is a joint venture between Halifax Countrywide Royal Sun Alliance and Connells so it s unlikely Countrywide and Connells would vote for this as it would harm their core estate agency business An exclusivity agreement which requires the founding agents that established signed up to OnTheMarket to only place their listings on one other portal Zoopla or Rightmove OTM was set up by agents to try do something about the really expensive monopoly of Zoopla Rightmove
