Open Shell Settings So I believe I m running windows 10 recently updated to it but I can t check cause many things won t open on my computer including The Start Menu or right clicking it
I ve been trying to open my start menu but it wont open I also can t open settings ive tried using task manager to open it by running a new task but it just says it can t find it I ve The path might be Settings System Sounds and then Advanced options may not be accurate my PC is in French I want to open this menu using cmd exe Powershell or any shortcut
